Questions, answered plainly
Clear answers about AngelDrive.
Straight answers about family sharing, possible-crash detection, the participating-firm relationship, and where AngelDrive stops.
01
Getting started
What the product is, where it comes from, and how to get it.
A family safety app for everyday drives and important moments. It helps you stay connected with the people you choose and checks in if it detects a possible crash.
AngelDrive can start automatically when you drive. If it detects a possible crash, it checks in and begins an available record. The participating firm associated with your account may receive a possible-crash alert. The complete Record is separate and is handled under the permissions and disclosures shown in the app.
AngelDrive is available through participating law firms. If you are eligible, the firm will provide an activation path for you and any eligible family members.
The app is coming soon. Join early access and we will tell you the moment it is ready.
AngelDrive is a product of Angel Labs Inc.
02
During a drive
Background operation, possible-crash detection, and emergency limits.
AngelDrive evaluates signals from the drive to identify a possible crash. Detection is not guaranteed: the app can miss a crash or identify ordinary motion as a possible crash.
AngelDrive is designed to start automatically when it recognizes a drive, subject to your device permissions, settings, connectivity, and other product limitations.
No. AngelDrive is not an emergency response service and does not contact emergency services for you. Call 911 or your local emergency number in an emergency.
03
Access and privacy
What family, firms, and insurers can—and cannot—see.
The firm may know that your account is associated with it and may receive a possible-crash alert. The complete crash Record is different from that initial alert and is handled separately under the permissions and disclosures shown in the app.
No. Insurers have no access to your AngelDrive account or data. AngelDrive does not sell or provide your information to insurers. If you personally choose to send information to an insurer, that is your decision, and it does not give them access through AngelDrive.
Not necessarily. Using AngelDrive through a participating firm does not by itself create representation for a new legal matter or for every family member. A separate engagement may be required.
